Michael Schumacher Still the Fastest Man on Track

After leaving the track for one year, the Seven-time world champion, Michael Schumacher, made a triumphant return to the Formula One cockpit again. Michael topped the timesheets for Ferrari during the first and second day testing at Barcelona’s Circuit de Catalunya. Besides Michael, other F1 drivers such as Felipe Massa, Pedro de la Rosa, Heikki Kovalainen, David Coulthard, Nick Heidfeld, Jenson Button, Jarno Trulli, Robert Kubica, Anthony Davidson, Luca Filippi, Sebastien Bourdais, Christian Klien, Franck Montagny, Adrian Sutil and Vitantonio Liuzzi also took part at the Spanish track.

Age does matter for sportsman and sportswoman. However, this theory doesn’t seem to apply on this great Formula One legend. He is still the best despite he is now at 38-years old and the oldest amongst the drivers. The successful return made by Michael throws us a question to think: Michael Schumacher is too strong to beat or the current Formula One drivers lack of competitiveness?
