The suspension of Audi S3 has been further refined from Audi A3 – with subframes added at the front and rear, triangulated lower wishbones at the front and four-link suspension at the rear. Springs and shock absorbers are stiffer, and the body sits 25mm lower than the standard car. The steering of this fantastic car is on an electro-mechanical unit with stiffer mounts and a sportier characteristic.
